Procedure: DIAMOND PEEL with Complete Facial

A diamond peel treatment is a mechanical exfoliation technique similar to microdermabrasion. This non-invasive cosmetic procedure removes excess oil, dirt, and dead cells on the surface of the skin to reveal the younger, brighter skin cells underneath.

This minimizes the appearance of acne scars, pigmentations and stretch marks, removes white heads and blackheads and tightens your pores. Diamond peels and other facial procedures are recommended to be done every week or every other week, especially for those who use make-up daily. If done regularly, this improves overall appearance of your skin.

Step 1: Facial. The aesthetician cleans your skin with soap and water and applies a facial mask for 15 minutes. A cool cucumber is placed over your eyes to ease the puffiness and provides a sense of freshness and relaxation.

Step 2: Steam. To help open up your pores, warm steam is used.

Step 3: Getting rid of whiteheads and blackheads. The aesthetician then uses a manual pricker and gently removes the remaining whiteheads and blackheads.

Step 4: Diamond Peel. The diamond peel machine is then manually run over your face. This takes out excess oil, dirt and dead skin. You may feel sucking or vacuuming sensations during the treatment.

Step 5: High Frequency. As an option, high frequency machine to help close up your pores and for antibacterial purposes.

Post treatment, you may feel a bit flushed and may have some redness, but this usually goes away after a few hours. It is also highly recommended that you avoid sun exposure in the next few hours and apply sunblock the next day.
